"Went here to get my daith pierced, was a little nervous as it was my first cartilage piercing, but Gina made the experience amazing! She was super patient with me picking my jewelry (they have a beautiful selection so it is tough to decide), and was great about explaining the process and answering all my aftercare questions. Love my piercing so much, it came out perfect! You can tell that Gina is passionate about what she does, and she really made my visit great from start to finish. Will definitely be returning for future piercings."

"me and my gf wanted to get matching tattoos so we found this place and decided to try them out based on them being the only tattoo shop in the area taking walk-ins. we were told we had to write our names on a list and that it was going to be about a 2 hour wait. so when we went back 2 hours later, the man doing the tattoos told us nobody told him that we were on the list and he was packing up to leave. how when they were scratching off names as they went? so the lady at the front told us to come show her what tattoo we wanted but the whole time she had attitude and acted as if she really didn’t want to help us. at that point we just left because the customer service was way off & we were not going to spend our money somewhere where it wasn’t wanted. won’t be returning."

"I got a Tragus piercing 3 weeks ago. On my visit various negative things took place. For one, I was rushed. I was not shown the jewelry they were going to use. I wound up with a nose piercing type of jewelry maybe about 20 gauge placed in place of a 16 gauge tragus one. I didn't care much until it twisted off because it had no back part to prevent that from happening. I called the shop and explained it to whomever answered and received the response that they have many years experience and that they pierced me with the correct jewelry. I said can I come in to show you and maybe you can help put it back in? They said to come in and gave me a time. I left work headed from Broward to hialeah only to hear the piercer is not there. He said if I can wait an hour he will see me. I left. I would like to share that the customer service is subpar. Both visits we were treated poorly. I hope this review can help someone else avoid this frustration. Unfortunately all other shops I visited today said their professional opinion is to let it close and reopen with the correct piercing once' it's healed. Don't go to this shop and if you do, make sure you watch and advocate for yourself. If they can't wait for you to approve the work, leave before they mess you up."
