"8/14/21-They took my friend and I in as a walk in on a Saturday. Very happy with the tattoos and price. 8/25/21 UPDATE-11 days later this is what I have left of my tattoo (2nd picture). I messaged them to ask for a touch up/re-do and the owner stated she told me she warned me “that it may not stick,”which she never did and refused to fix it free of charge. The owner was completely unprofessional as she was laying on the couch with her boyfriend/husband in the waiting area as we were leaving, there was empty takeout boxes all over the place and it reeked of marijuana. I understand the fact that tattooing a finger is a hard area to tattoo (now) but the fact they refused to offer to fix it is not great customer service. I will not be going back there ever."
