I was able to come in when the shop was less busy and got one on one time to discuss my options and joke around, turned what was already a horrible weekend for me into the best day! "Very nice assortment of hair care products, hair dyes and developers, wigs, makeup, etc for less than you'd find at most name-brand stores. Has a lot of things specifically for women of color, and it seemed to have a lot of friendly people browsing. One of the staff seemed to yell a lot for some reason? Not necessarily mean things, but it was a bit off-putting having someone shouting in response to other level-toned customers. I thought maybe it was due to a slight language barrier or a hearing issue, hence why I gave four stars. I'm including that only in case other people get mad over it."
