"I tried to go in with my father (I'm 17) and the apprentice looks at me and says I'm not allowed to get a piercing without my birth certificate. After I tell her that I didn't need it the month before or for any of the other 6 piercings I have, she informed me that the law has changed. Their shop was overly cluttered, and I wish they would teach their apprentices more about their policies before letting them have free reign. I proceeded to go down the street to another shop where they allowed me to get my piercing with my dad and no birth certificate on hand."
