"Today i walked in to get my industrial pierced. ( a piercing I have gotten done in the past ) First issue was upon check in when I filled out the paper, they took it and just put it away. Never checked to see if I had medical issues, allergies, etc. Next, we go into the actual room to get ready. She made her dots, asked me if it looked like a good placement and I said yes, they looked strait and at a good level for me. She then does the first hole, I noticed that my ear was feeling a tense pressure and hot but I figured it was because of the pain in general. Then, after a few seconds she then did the next hole. We said our thank yous and left. I had noticed that my bar looked weird because it was bent but I thought maybe that's just how they do it at this shop. Later on I went to my local tattoo shop and the piercer came over to me and asked why my bar was bent, explained to him everything. And he told me I was right, something was wrong. He showed me how the holes are not lined up. Explained that it seemed she bent the bar because she realized the holes did not line up and did not what to fix it for whatever reason. I now have to wait for it to heal so I can go get it re-done somewhere else. I can not change my jewelry until then as the usual straight bars do not fit and makes my ear bend. Also did not receive any after care information. Nothing. No card, no verbal instructions. Just sent us on our way. Do not recommend."

"I have gotten quite a few tattoos from Calypso and am never disappointed. Shop is extremely clean, the artist and the owner are super inviting and fun to be around, and they do amazing work.
