I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and they were able to unlock my phone and fix a charging port issue all in one visit with a minimal wait time. "The piercer was very rude. Pierced my nose terribly. He did not even see what was wrong with the piercing, he proceeded to tell me he was not going to change the location of the mark where he was going to pierce me. Got mad at me because I didn’t like the piercing, and got loud for no reason. No refund. A waste of $65 because the piercer didn’t do his job correctly. Definitely do NOT recommend. i"
