- "Francesca @tobar_tattoos was amazing. My certain tattoo was fairly painless and fast. She was also able to adjust to what I asked for even when she had already started the tattoo. The shop is small and I loved the decor of the waiting room. The checkin was quick and easy and only waited like 10 minutes after my appointment to get started on the exact size and design of my piece. The entrance may be hidden but they do have a sign in the back to let you know where it is. Overall great experience, highly recommend."
