"I would not recommend this shop to ANYONE! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time. I booked an appointment with Neptune the day prior and sent a deposit as well as a friend of mind. When we arrived for our SCHEDULED appointment he was still working on a tattoo and told us to give him about an hour to finish up. Which we did without a problem. Once that hour was up we proceeded to check in and he still was not done. 2 hours had passed and my friend and I still had no tattoo so we decided to let him know we were going to leave and ask for our deposit back. He went on to catch an attitude saying he doesn’t refund deposits and that he doesn’t like being rushed when performing “skin surgery” (which he wasn’t.) We couldn’t believe he had the nerve to catch an attitude with us when we were waiting on him for 2 hrs. Don’t waste your time with an unprofessional place where people don’t care about your time, money, weeding smoking and people gathering outside of the shop that aren’t getting tattooed."
