- "After I purchased a shower cap from this store I noticed that the package was tempered with. Opened and taped back together. I came back in for an exchange and the manager told me that she's not able to exchange my item and that they allow customers to open up items in the store to "test" it. They just tape it back up. That's unacceptable, especially with covid they are allowing people test products and are okay with taping it up to "sale" it. But the reasoning for them not taking a return is because of covid. Make it make sense."
"Just got my septum pierced by Justin. He's awesome. He walked me through the entire process and made sure I felt comfortable. If you pierce the septum wrong it can be very painful, but its obvious he know what's he's doing. Very pleased. I'll definitely be back if I want more piercings."
