- "They have good hair, but the employees are never on the same page and it’s frustrating. Back in December I bought too much hair and the same day I bought it I was trying to return the extra because it was pretty expensive and they said no returns. But told I went when I was buying new hair and this other lady said they’ve always been doing returns as long as it was unopened. So I was like what the heck. Especially considering the hair I bought back in December ended up being AWFUL AND CHEAP even though it was expensive :/"
